Located in the hotel’s Tower Wing, the 312 Superior and Deluxe rooms feature contemporary furnishings, 25-inch or 32-inch flat screen TVs, surround sound systems, DVD players, soundproof windows and spacious en suite bathrooms with rainfall showers. Each of air-conditioned lodging unit is also outfitted with a king-sized bed or two twin-sized beds, an in-room safe, mini bar, free Wi-Fi access and complimentary coffee and tea-making facilities. Non-smoking rooms are available on the 13th – 16th floors; Superior and Deluxe rooms measure between 24m² - 33m² in size. 

There are a total of 26 Deluxe Family rooms, located on the 16th – 19th floors of the Tower Wing – and each of these lodging units feature air conditioning and a spacious bathroom with rainfall shower facilities. Each lodging unit’s list of high-tech amenities includes a 32-inch flat screen TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi. Besides that, Premier room guests enjoy personalised check-in and check-out, access to a private breakfast venue, an exclusive fitness centre and complimentary one-way limo transfer from KLIA to the hotel. 

Concorde Hotel’s best rooms, there’s a total of 25 luxuriously designed Premier Classic Suites, which are located on the hotel’s eighth and ninth floors, ranging in size between 58m² - 121m². Divided into three categories, Classic Suite, Classic Terrace and Terrace Suite, each of these accommodation units feature standard in-room amenities including en suite bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows and queen-sized beds. High tech in-room amenities include flexible reading lights, flat screen TVs, Wi-Fi access, IDD phones, in-room data ports and large writing desks. Each floor has personal valet personnel and breakfast is included in the room rate. Premier Classic guests enjoy additional facilities such as private check-in and check-out at the Premier Lounge, complimentary KLIA transfer to the hotel, complimentary all-American breakfasts and access to a private breakfast venue and exclusive fitness centre.
