CANCELLATION, AMENDMENT & NO-SHOW ISSUES
* Any cancellation or amendment more than 72 hours (or 3 days) prior arrival will be free of charge (no fee incurred).
* In case of cancellation less than 72 hours(or 3 days) prior to arrival or in case of a No-Show,or amendment, one night stay per room will be charged on your credit card.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT ISSUES
* Check-in time is from 2pm & check-out until 12 Noon
* Early check in will be subject to availability basis only.
* Late check of after 3pm a 50% charge shall apply & check out after 6pm a 100% charge shall apply.
CHILD POLICY ISSUES
* Note that children age 12 and older are charged the adult rate.

EXTRA BED & BREAFAST ISSUES
