In order to maintain and further upgrade our hotel standards for our guests enjoyment we have embarked upon a room refurbishment this January 01, 2003. The room refurbishment, as seen in the picture above, will incorporate fresh and vivid colors in both the fabrics and room décor. Bedspreads, bed skirting, throw pillows, bolster and desk chair will all have integrated colors.
The wooden blinds will be exchanged for cloth roman blinds and the curtains will also be changed to open to one side for easier access to the balcony. Lampshades will be in beige color to mute the light just right. A ceiling fan, rattan tissue box holder and rattan wastebasket will also be added to further add to the relaxed mod. The new ceiling paint will also freshen and tie in the entire room décor with its complimentary colors.

The room refurbishment of our Premium Rooms, is expected to be complete by this Sept, 2003. We look forward to welcoming you to our Beautifully Balanced World of Sun, Sea and Golf and our new rooms.

• Deluxe Room
  All Deluxe Rooms have a private balcony with views facing the golf course or gardens. The rooms measure a spacious 41.5 sq meters. All rooms come equipped with colour TV, coffee and tea making facilities, mini-bar, IDD phones, hair dryer and a writing desk. All Deluxe rooms also feature either one king or two queen beds. Other facilities includes :

~ Individually controlled air-conditioning
~ Shaving/Make up mirror
~ Remote controlled colour satellite television
~ In-room safe deposit box
~ Electronic door lock
~ Doorbell & Security eyehole
~ Same day laundry service.

• Premium Room

A foyer and large bathroom with two sinks are all part of the amenities provided. The suites measure a spacious 62 sq meters.
  
  All Suites come equipped with 2 colour TV's, coffee and tea making facilities, mini-bar, IDD phones, hair dryer and a writing desk. Same day laundry service is also available. All Junior Suites offer one king size bed. The suite comprises an area of 62 sq meters. Other facilities included :

  ~ Seperated bath and shower
  ~ Shaving/Make up mirror
  ~ Remote controlled colour satellite television
  ~ In-room safe deposit box

• Executive Suite
  All Executive Suites, are on the higher floor and corner, have two private balconies with sun chair and table, and have a beautiful view of the pool, beach and ocean. The Suites also have a living room area with sofa, chairs and coffee table that can be closed off from the sleeping area. A foyer and large bathroom with two sinks are all part of the amenities provided. The Suites measure a spacious 62 sq meters.
  
  All Suites come equipped with 2 TV's, coffee and tea making facilities, mini-bar, IDD phones, personal safe, hair dryer and a writing desk. Same day laundry service is also available. All Executive Suites offer one king size bed. Other facilities includes :

  ~ Seperated bath and shower
  ~ Shaving/Make up mirror
  ~ Remote controlled colour satellite television

• Guoman Villa
  The Guoman Villa comprises an area equal to 6 guest rooms with expansive balconies overlooking both the golf course, pool, beach, and sea. All modern conveniences along with a host of exclusive facilities are available. The suite has beautifully wooden floor & ceiling as well as handicrafted stone columns. Other facilities include:

  ~ Individually controlled air-conditioning
  ~ Seperated bath and shower
  ~ 2 bedrooms, one king size and 2 queen size beds
  ~ 1 master bath with jacuzzi, dressing area, massage-shower, toilet and bidet.
  ~ 3 individual luxurious bathrooms
  ~ Shaving/make up mirrors
  ~ Reception foyer
  ~ Formal dining area
  ~ 2 living room areas
  ~ Private closed circuit security cameras for both entrances
  ~ Remote controlled colour satellite television with all Astro channels
  ~ Complete kitchen and pantry
  ~ Mahjong table
  ~ In-room safe deposit boxbr
  ~ Electronic door locks
  ~ Executive writing desk
  ~ Butler service can also be arranged for discerning guests.

• Handicapped Room
  To accommodate our physically impaired guests more comfortably we have renovated one our existing rooms to address these needs. The room is located on our lobby level for ease of access and exit in case of emergency.
  
  The room door has been turned around to open outward for easing entry and exit. An additional security spy hole as been installed in the door at a lower height for wheel chair bound individuals as well as the closet shelving and coat rack have also been a lowered. The bathroom features several hand rails around the water closet and the shower and wash basin taps have also changed to lever action for easier use. The shower has a fold out seat and several hand rails as well as it has been modified to allow wheel chair access. An additional shower head holder has also been added at a lower height.The bed area also features several hand rails along the walls to facilitate access.
  
  Although all hotel levels are accessible by elevator we also have put in 4 wheel chair ramps to ease movement within the hotel.A location map of the ramps is available at the front desk and in the compendium of our handicapped room.
  
  We hope the above changes will add to the enjoyment of our resort by our handicapped guests however recommendations for additional facilities is very welcome.
