We offer the following room types, and associated rates.
Rates are per room, quoted in Ringgit and inclusive of service charge and Government tax.

- Rates are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit and are inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% Government tax.
- Rates inclusive of 4 breakfast for Deluxe Room 2+1 & 4 breakfast for Superior Room 2+1.
- Additional breakfast at RM 19.80 nett for adult & RM 12.00 nett per children (per pax).
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Extra Bed Only is chargeable at RM 46.00 nett per room per night.
- Official check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is by 12 noon.
- For daily & weekly stay, housekeeping services will be provided everyday.
- For Monthly stay, housekeeping services will be twice (2) a week.
- Utilities (water, electricity & etc) are included in the rates.
Cancellation:
- Any cancellation within 30 days to arrival date, one night cancellation charge will be imposed for each suite not taken or cancelled.
