BOSSA NOVA ~ Brazilian Grill Carving a new Dining Sensation at Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur
Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur's presents the latest outlet, Bossa
Nova - a Brazilian Grill located at the hotel's lower lobby.
Here at Bossa Nova, we present Churrascaria a delightful
experience of carefully chosen prime cuts tenderly grilled
and expertly carved straight off the skewer in thin slices
at each guest table by our resident "Passedor".
All cuts are of prime quality imported from Argentina and
Australia.
Brazilian Chef Marinaldo Monterio Pereira, Bossa Nova's resident
"Passedor" has more than 10 years working experience
as a passedor in Churrascaria O Gauchoa, Brazil, before deciding
to venture to Asia.
Bossa Nova offers diners a selection of more than 20 appetizers
on the buffet, freshly prepared soups on a daily rotation
with a collection of mouth-watering dessert combinations.
The grill, which can seat 106 persons, has three main areas
- the wine bar, the general dining area and the dance floor.
There are also two private rooms which can accommodate 10
persons each.
The only restaurant with a dance floor in town, diners are
encourage to Salsa and Samba before, during and after dinner.
The restaurant design has incorporated a wine bar plus 6
wine chillers to offer diners a choice of more the 100 labels
of wines from Latin America, Chile, Argentina, France, Australia
and Meetingsin to compliment the prime cut.
Bossa Nova is open for lunch from 12:00noon to 2:30pm (Monday
to Friday) and dinner from 6:30pm till 10:30pm (Monday to
Saturday and Public Holiday).
The Wine Bar with Tapas for snack is available from Monday
to Saturday and Public Holiday from 10:30pm to 1:00am.
Hot Gossip
If you only have time for a quick, light bite for lunch,
this is just the place. The cosy cafe entices with a great
selection of fresh pastries, salads and delicious sandwiches
made from oven-fresh breads.
Coffee lovers will be drawn by the aroma of our variety of
freshly brewed ground coffees. We serve some really scrumptious
pastries and cakes including Marble Cheese Cake, Assorted
Quiches, Danish Pastries and Chicken Pies that go perfectly
with your beverage and will defeat even die-hard dieters.

Chatz Brasserie is the place to experience a melting pot

light boxes enhance the breezy ambience of this trendy eatery.
The restaurant's signature speciality pizzas - cooked the
