Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia has two ballrooms, Orchid Grand Ballroom and Plaza Ballroom. Adjacent to the Plaza Ballroom is a spacious Foyer that is just ideal for pre-dinner receptions for up to 250 guests.

Orchid Grand Ballroom
A vaulted high ceiling, grand stage and a large LCD screen mounted from the ceiling give the ballroom a contemporary grandeur ideal for large celebrations. The ballroom can comfortable accommodate 55 round tables for ten persons.

Measures 670 square metres / 2198 square feet and can accommodate up to 650 theatre style, 550 banquet style, 600 reception style, 300 classroom style, 105 boardroom or hollow square style and 90 U-shape style. Located on the 2nd level.

Plaza Ballroom
A classically styled ballroom that offers real exclusivity for private functions of up to 50 tables.

Measures 512 square metres / 1679 square feet and can accommodate up to 550 theatre style, 500 banquet style, 500 reception style, 300 classroom style, 105 boardroom or hollow square style and 60 U-shape style. Located at the Lower Lobby.

Lower Lobby Foyer
Conveniently located to serve as a reception area for the ballrooms as well as for hosting functions.

Measures 243 square metres / 1679 square feet and can accommodate up to 200 banquet style and 250 reception style. Located at the Lower Lobby.

Aranda I
The square design makes it versatile for use with many layout configurations. It offers an uplifting view of the greenery of Imbi Park.

Aranda II

Aranda III
It has a bright and sunny ambience and can fit 57 persons utilising classroom seating. Also offers a view of Imbi Park.

Measures 108 square metres / 354 square feet and can accommodate up to 100 theatre style, 50 banquet style, 100 reception style, 45 classroom style, 30 boardroom or hollow square style and 27 U-shape style. Located on the 2nd level.

Vanda I
Designed in a rectangular format, it is ideal for board meetings and offers a refreshing view of Sungei Wang.

Vanda II
The largest of the eight function rooms, it can accommodate up to 150 persons theatre style.

Cattleya I
